Art Camp

Join SJMA for a week of fun, creativity, and artistic growth this summer. Campers get behind-the-scenes access to exhibitions, experiment with artistic process, and show off their own work in a student exhibition. SJMA’s teaching artists offer in-depth art experiences inspired by current exhibitions. Kids learn how to look at, talk about, and create art. Each student receives a kit of art supplies to practice new techniques at home.

Each week-long camp is offered Monday through Friday, 9:30am – 4pm.

Registration is $425 ($375 for members at the Dual/Family level and above) and opens to members on Saturday, Feb 1, 2020. General registration begins Saturday, Feb 8, 2020.

Facebook First Fridays

These late nights offer free admission to all exhibitions and programs from 5–10 PM. Featuring access to art and artists, music, a cash bar, food, and more.

New programming will be developed and posted on SJMA’s website in the coming months.

This sponsorship initiative is led by the Facebook Art Department, which provides opportunities for artists to create new, large-scale, site-specific installations on Facebook campuses nation-wide, with the goal of fostering creative experimentation and supporting neighboring artistic communities.
