Tiny, abundant, and delicate, seeds hold the promise of life. Yet seeds are complex and are often at the center of protracted legal battles. A panel of experts will discuss these and other questions surrounding the surprisingly political life of seeds.

Speakers:

  • Matthew Dillon, director of Seed Matters, an initiative of the Clif Bar Family Foundation
  • Matthew Moore, artist and fourth-generation family farmer
  • Don Tipping, Seven Seeds Farm, Williams, Oregon
    (Due to unforeseen circumstances, Teresa Podell will not appear.)
